We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for regular orders up to 14 days as long as they are unused, undamaged, unopened, or defective merchandise for store credit within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. 

All sales are final for all our customized pieces, pieces under Flash Sale/Clearance/Sale, and all our fine jewelry crafted in real gold, platinum, and precious stones. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. They are custom made which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size/wrong design so please be sure to double-check what size you need.

HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
All orders under our Flash Sale collection that were placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day or within 24-48 hours. Weekends and non-working US holidays are not included. All skull rings, personalized pieces, and fine jewelry will require 3-20 business days to handcraft depending on how intricate the design (usually done sooner). If you need something by a specific date or would like to expedite service, please make sure to leave a note at checkout and/or email us at support@nevermorediamonds.com

Our in-stock rings are typically handcrafted in a size 6, should you require a different size please allow 4-5 business days for our resizing process, which can vary based on your size request and variations selected. Your moissanite and diamond ring will include a certificate of authenticity.

CERTIFIED MOISSANITE- we only use the best of the best! D-F/VVS1 Clarity, excellent cut. All our moissanite will pass the diamond test. More brilliant than diamond at a fraction of the cost. Evani Naomi's moissanite is among the hardest minerals on earth, more durable than sapphire, ruby, or emerald. 

NEVERMORE DIAMONDS- This is the newest masterpiece of our lab using the same process as our CVD Diamonds. They are not natural diamonds, but they look like one– brighter, shinier, and even more mesmerizing than any stone we laid our eyes upon. Superiorly cleaner and flawless than any stone. These lab-grown gems have a qualify that falls between our CVD Diamonds and Certified moissanite making them a perfect choice for everyday jewelry.

CREATED DIAMONDS - Not natural earthed diamonds but these are beautiful and expensive stones. The stones are made from zirconium dioxide that boasts fine color, no color mixing, and a superb cut, which results in a beautiful duplication of nature. Although these are only diamond imitators, they're perfect for everyday wear, offering the sparkle and beauty of a diamond at a fraction of the cost.

ARE THESE REAL DIAMONDS AND WILL THEY PASS THE DIAMOND TEST?
All our Natural Diamonds and lab-grown diamonds like Moissanite Diamonds and EVN Diamonds will pass the diamond test.

Our Created Diamonds are diamond imitators only and will not pass the test. However, these are the BEST alternatives to natural diamonds if you are on a budget. They look identical, but they cost much less.

DIAMOND CERTIFICATE
Our Natural Diamonds with 0.40 carats and up will come with GIA certificates and GRA certificates for all our Moissanite with .50 carats and up. Certificates for all custom-cut moissanite, custom-cut natural diamonds, and EVN diamonds are only available upon request before shipment. Our Natural Black Diamonds, Created Diamonds, and Natural Gemstones do not come with certificates.

JEWELRY UPGRADE 
All our jewelry can be upgraded for a higher value from solid gold (10k-18k), metal color, ring size (3-14.5 US), diamond type (natural diamond, moissanite or premium CVD diamond), diamond color, and diamond carat/size.

Solid Gold: Our solid gold pieces are designed for daily wear.

925 Silver: Silver pieces are electroplated for a beautiful finish, but this finish may wear off over time with frequent use.

Black Plated Jewelry: Black plating is a temporary finish and may wear off with normal use. Longevity varies.

Tungsten Carbide: Known for its exceptional hardness and durability. Certain finishes, such as coatings, might wear off over time with heavy use.

Titanium: Exceptionally durable, titanium provides a lighter-weight and hypoallergenic option. While the metal itself is durable, certain finishes, such as coatings, might wear off over time with heavy use. 

Stainless Steel: Resistance to corrosion and tarnish makes it an ideal choice for jewelry, especially rings. The durability of these finishes can vary. For example, a polished finish might show scratches more easily than a brushed finish.

Brass/Copper: These pieces are stylish but not recommended for daily use. The finish is not permanent.
